The founding board of the Veterans Sales Training & Recruiting Service Center is made up of successful professional sales business leaders and business psychology professionals whose experience in sales process, communication, and professionalism prepares them for effective sales job coaching, training, and recruiting at the Veterans Sales Training & Recruiting Service Center. 

Each professional trainer at the Center is a career sales professional and has successfully and effectively applied sales strategies that helped them to successfully achieve their intended sales career goals.

The overarching philosophy of the VST & RSC is to recruit and train Veterans who found themselves unemployed after separating from the military life; and also help them get employed by the sales organizations after completing their sales training.
